Fantastic location near the motorway and close to amenities. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and modern rooms with comfortable beds. Good buffet breakfast with a variety of options. Parking on premises makes it convenient for disabled guests.

This place has a great location, just a 15-minute walk to reach the castle of Charles, and offers a good breakfast, with rooms of good size.

We had a great stay at Eos in Lecce. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute drive from the SS16 motorway, making it easy to travel by car without navigating the city streets. There were plenty of amenities nearby, including a food market open from 7AM to 11PM, 24-hour drink vending machines, and several eating places within a couple of blocks. The city center was about a 15-minute walk away, and the route was mostly shaded and felt safe at any time of day or night. The hotel had a clean and modern look, and the staff spoke good English. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with even English tea available. The room was comfortable, and I enjoyed the quietness with no issues of traffic noise. we had a pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional interior design (even a bit too much, up to the point you don't understand how things work, if they) - Interior design eccezionale (anche troppo, al punto che non si riesce a capire come funzionano certe cose, se funzionano).

Room heating not really working (room was cold), shower water was non- adjustable steaming hot, ona table lamp not working and €. 15.oo a day to listen a bit of music in the room... - Riscaldamento in camera non funzionante (in camera faceva freddo), l'acqua della doccia era bollente e non c'era verso di regolarla, una lampada sul tavolo non funzionava e toccava pagare €. 15.oo al giorno per sentire un po' di musica in camera...

the staff were excellent and very helpful, even doing research for us. the location was convenient, with nice restaurants and bars nearby. the hotel had a beautiful design, was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was delicious and varied.

The staff was wonderful and the beds were soooooooooooo comfy.

The transparent walls at the hotel were so fancy, like being in a fancy fish tank. The artwork tours were fascinating, like an episode of "Antiques Roadshow". I loved sipping cocktails at the rooftop terrace, feeling like I was on top of the world.

The only thing missing was a red carpet entrance and a personal butler. Unacceptable.

No wi-fi, only cable connection. A bit surprising for such a modern hotel. Not even in the lobby, which would have been good enough. Made it a bit difficult for us to plan our days of driving around Puglia. Had to try to find free wi-fi in town which wasn't that easy. Also it was a bit of a walk into the old town, it took a good 15+ minutes which is fine on the way in but on the way back home at 1am the walk seemed to go on forever. If we went back to Lecce (which is absolutely beautiful) I would probably only stay here again if we had a car as it was very convenient for that, but it would be nicer to stay in the old part of town. Though I have no idea what is on offer there in terms of hotels, so it may be that this is still the best place to stay regardless of the distance.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel in. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They always went above and beyond to assist us with whatever we needed. The location was great because it was close to the historic city center, which was only a 10-15 minute walk away. Additionally, the hotel provided secure parking, which made things a lot easier for us. The breakfast was simple but tasty, and the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The Eos Hotel was a delightful stay for someone like me, a senior woman. The hotel's decoration had a beautiful touch of elegance, with its stylish and well-maintained general areas. The accessibility for senior people was exceptional, with easy navigation throughout the hotel and elevators available for those who struggle with stairs. It made me feel comfortable and safe during my stay.

If I had to mention one thing that could have made my vacation even better, it would be for the children working there to provide more assistance and support to senior guests. Although the staff was friendly, having extra attention and assistance specifically catered to the needs of senior people would have been wonderful.

Had a great stay at a modern, clean, and stylish hotel. The rooms were comfortable with nice bathrooms and flat screen TVs. The staff was very helpful, recommending a fantastic nearby trattoria. The location was convenient, only a short walk to the beautiful historic center. The garage was a plus for our rental car. Breakfast offered a variety of options including fresh fruit and pastries. I would highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Lecce.
